You've come to the right place to find information for and about the field of early care and education in North Dakota. Growing Futures is a central clearinghouse of information and resources for anyone who works with or on behalf of North Dakota's children.
Growing Futures is for You if You Are:
- A child care provider: If you provide care to children in a home or center setting, a Head Start program, or a preschool, Growing Futures can help you prepare for your current job and gain the skills and knowledge to advance your career. Participation in Growing Futures offers recognition, resources, and support.
- An employer: If you are an employer looking for new staff and seeking ways to grow the skills of your existing staff, Growing Futures helps you advertise your job openings, evaluate applicant qualifications, develop meaningful training plans, and assess employee competence.
- A trainer, training sponsor, or CDA advisor: If you want to provide training for the early childhood workforce, or if you want to advertise your services as a CDA advisor, Growing Futures gives you a way to reach a wider audience.
- A parent: If you are a parent trying to find the best care possible for your child, Growing Futures gives you a way to determine the training and preparation your child care provider brings to their work, and it provides you with valuable links and resources.
