How To Become a Member
It’s easy to become an Early Childhood Workforce Registry member, and there are many advantages to joining. Membership gives access to additional services that include:
- Access to your complete Learning Record and reports designed specifically for the national CDA Credentialing process
- The ability to identify your employer and attach yourself to your employer’s organization account
- Verified professional qualifications to use when looking for employment
- Career Pathways placement
- Allows you to apply to become an approved trainer and/or consultant
- Allows you to participate in the Bright & Early quality rating and improvement system. Registry membership may also be required to participate in some of the support services that are offered by Child Care Aware® of North Dakota.
Membership is free and voluntary. You can decide to become a member at any time:

Log in to your basic account.
- Under My Memberships, select Apply for Membership.
- Check Become a Member and select Next.
- Select Review for each section of the membership application. Complete the information and select Save & Confirm, then OK.
- When all sections are confirmed, select Review Application.
- Check your information and then select Continue. Application Submitted will show. Select OK.
- You’ll receive emails to remind you to submit documents to make your account as complete and as professional as possible.
- Keep your data up-to-date by renewing your Registry Membership every 12 months and updating your profile as needed.
