Email Security Policy
Emails received with attachments, and nothing in the body, will be immediately flagged and not delivered to the intended recipient. You will NOT be notified of the sending failure, should you send an email without a message in the body.
When you send documents to the Registry or Registry staff via email, you must include information in the body of the email to tell us your name, your Registry ID#, a description of the documents you’ve attached, and a brief message telling us what you want Registry staff to do with the documents.
As stated in the security policy, emails sent without information in the body of the email will be immediately deleted and no email will be sent to tell you your documents were not received. This may mean that documents related to your licensing, Career Pathways, or Bright & Early participation are not included in your Registry account.
