An account is needed to register for online training, to get your HHS Licensing Training Record, and to access Registry services and North Dakota funding and incentive opportunities.
Q: I think I have a Registry account. How do I log in?
Go to the Registry Login and provide your information. The system will look for your account and guide you through the next steps. If there is an account that appears to be yours, but you cannot log in, you will need to call the Registry at 800-997-8516 during regular business hours.
Q: When I try to log in it says an account can’t be found. What does that mean?
If you tried to login to a Registry account and received a message that your account can’t be found, it may be because:

Q: Why can’t I edit my account information?
Your account will be in read-only mode when you apply for or renew your Membership or as a Trainer or Coach. This means you can read information in your account but cannot add or change information until the application has been processed.

Your name and address fields are locked to maintain the information you provided when you were issued your Supplier ID#. If you need to make changes to your name or address, please call the Registry for assistance.
