Find and Print Your DHS Licensing Record
Current Growing Futures account holders have access to view and print their DHS Licensing Training Record. The DHS Licensing Training Record is often requested by Early Childhood Licensing Specialists to verify training completed toward annual licensing requirements. It shows the training you’ve completed in the previous 36-months. It also shows licensing requirements such as completion of the 15-hour basic training courses, SIDS course, and CPR-1st Aid completion if on file.

Don’t See All Your Training on the DHS Licensing Training Record?
The DHS Licensing Training Record shows only the previous 36-months of training completion. To access your full Learning Record, you must be a current member of the Growing Futures Registry. Current members are also able to access the special reports developed for the national CDA credentialing process.
