How to Add and Edit Classrooms in Your Organization Account

The classroom section of your organization account allows you to set up each classroom, identify ages and numbers of children in each classroom, report the number of children with high needs, and assign staff. Programs that are participating in Bright & Early ND must complete the classroom section of their organization account.

Before you can set up the classrooms, your employees must first be attached to your organization account. Employees must add themselves from their own individual accounts. Provide your employees with your organization ID# and have them login to their own accounts to update their employment information. Once that is done, you can set up your classrooms.

To Access Classrooms

  • Log in to your individual account
  • In the drop down menu on the top right, select the name of your organization
  • On your organization profile page, select “Classrooms” tab
