Didn’t Hear Back From Us?

You Called and Left a Voice Message

When you leave a voice message, be sure to include your full name, call-back number, and your Registry ID# as well as a brief explanation of the reason for your call. We will return your call within two (2) business days. Some common reasons your phone call was not returned:

  • You didn’t leave a message
  • Your voice message did not include a valid call-back number
  • Your own voice messaging system is not set up, or your voice mailbox is full

You Sent Us an Email

When you send us an email, be sure to include your name and a valid email address. Some common reasons you did not get a reply to an email:

  • You didn’t provide a valid email address
  • Your email didn’t include a message
  • Your spam or junk folders are blocking emails from the Growing Futures Registry. Be sure to add us to your contact list.

You Submitted a Support Ticket

Every support request is issued a reference number that is used for follow-up. If you did not receive a response when you issued your request for support:

  • You didn’t provide a valid email address
  • Your email didn’t include a message
  • Your spam or junk folders are blocking emails
