Training Showing as "Duplicate" on Learning Record

The Growing Futures Registry system marks any training completed more than once in a 36-month period as “Duplicate” on the DHS Licensing Report. This policy matches the licensing requirements and is designed to allow Licensing Specialists and employers to quickly see those repeated courses.

However, SIDS is the one training course that is required to be repeated annually for licensing. When a person completes the SIDS course again in a new year, the course will be marked as “Duplicate” on the DHS Licensing Report because it was repeated in a 36-month timeframe. When Licensing Specialists view your DHS Licensing Report, they will see the SIDS training listed with the completion date and clock hours, and they can simply ignore the “Duplicate” designation.
